Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using the GoFast passenger app, the GoFast Driver app, or the GoFast admin panel (together, the "Service"), you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we process personal data.

2. About the Service
The Service is currently in early-stage operation / pilot. No platform fees are charged to drivers or passengers. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice during this period.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Drivers must additionally hold all licences, permits, vehicle registration, valid roadworthiness inspection (ΚΤΕΟ), and an insurance policy that explicitly covers paid passenger transport, as required by Greek law.
4. Passenger use of the Service
- Passengers do not create an account. The app is free to install and use.
- The transport agreement is concluded directly between you and the driver. The fare, route, payment method, and any cancellation are arranged between you and the driver, outside the GoFast platform.
- GoFast does not collect or process any payment between you and the driver.
- You are responsible for your own safety and conduct during the trip. Treat drivers and their vehicles with respect.
5. Driver accounts
- Driver accounts are created by an administrator, not by self-registration. To request an account, contact the operator at the email above.
- Sign-in is by email + 6-digit one-time code (OTP). There is no password.
- Each driver may have only one account. Account sharing is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since it controls access to your driver account.
- You must keep your username, email, and phone number accurate and up to date.
- The operator may suspend or delete a driver account at any time, without notice, for: violation of these Terms, expired or invalid licences/insurance, fraud, safety risk, or any conduct that harms passengers or the platform.
6. Driver-specific obligations
If you operate as a driver on the Service, you confirm and agree that:
- You hold all professional licences required by Greek law for paid passenger transport.
- You have a vehicle insurance policy covering paid passenger transport (not just private use). You acknowledge that a regular private-use policy is normally void during paid passenger trips.
- Your vehicle has a valid ΚΤΕΟ (roadworthiness inspection).
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee of GoFast or the operator. You are solely responsible for your own income tax, VAT (if applicable), social security (EFKA / e-EFKA), and any other professional obligations.
- You will follow the Greek Highway Code and all applicable traffic and safety laws.
- Fares, payment method, and any receipt are agreed directly with the passenger. The operator currently does not collect a service fee. If a service fee is introduced in the future, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- You consent to your phone number being shown to a passenger who requests the nearest available driver, so the passenger can contact you.
- You consent to your real-time GPS location being shared while you are online in the Driver app, so passengers can see nearby drivers (see the Privacy Policy).
- At registration, you will provide the operator with the expiry dates of your driving licence (Δίπλωμα οδήγησης) and your Special Taxi Driving Permit (Ειδική Άδεια Οδήγησης Ταξί / ΕΔΧ). The operator stores only these two expiry dates — no scans or copies of any document are requested or kept. You confirm that the dates you provide are accurate and that the underlying documents are genuine and current. You must notify the operator if any of these documents is renewed, suspended, or revoked.
- You remain solely responsible for holding all other documents required by Greek law for paid passenger transport (identity card, vehicle registration, insurance covering paid transport, ΚΤΕΟ, etc.) and for keeping them valid. The operator does not collect or verify copies of these documents.
7. User conduct
Whether you use the Service as a passenger or driver, you must not:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, including discrimination based on protected characteristics.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other users.
- Damage vehicles or property; you are liable for damage you cause.
- Bring or transport prohibited or hazardous items (weapons, explosives, illegal substances).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its servers.
- Submit false information, create fake accounts, or impersonate someone else.
8. No fees during the pilot phase
During the current pilot phase the operator does not charge any fee to drivers or passengers for use of the Service. If this changes, drivers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and may stop using the Service if they do not accept the new fee structure.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.
- We do not guarantee that a driver will be available at any particular time or location.
- We are not responsible for the conduct of drivers or passengers, the condition or roadworthiness of any vehicle, traffic or weather conditions, or any incident occurring before, during, or after a trip.
- We are not a party to the transport contract concluded between a passenger and a driver.
This clause does not limit your statutory consumer rights under Greek and EU law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to €100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Greek law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a trip, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
12. Intellectual property
The "GoFast" name, the logo, the apps, and all server-side software are owned by George Lorentzos. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the apps for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Drivers may request account deletion by emailing georgelorentzos@icloud.com. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any safety risk. Sections 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, except that consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring a claim in their country of residence under EU consumer law.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
